Receiving time = processing time + shipping time
Processing : The processing time of the order depends on the time frame of the quality inspection, the packaging and also the inventory of the individual products. Your order typically takes 1-2 business days to process (while some items take 3-5 business days). We will email you if processing time takes longer than expected.
***Attention***
1. The shipping time listed in the table above is ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) only, and most of our shipped packages can be delivered within this time frame. However, due to the impact of CVOID-19, international flight resources are scarce recently, as well as the severe epidemic situations overseas, this may cause the delay of package processing and delivery services in destination countries in various uncertain ways.
- Please leave enough details about your shipping address to ensure smooth delivery. It would be better if your delivery address could be accurate to the apartment/unit number. A correct email is mandatory to receive order confirmation and shipping notification. The telephone number is required in order to be contacted by the delivery person if necessary.
- Please note that cuoppeech is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect/insufficient/incomplete delivery address, incorrect zip code, empty mobile column . Cuoppeech will not cover non-delivery or additional shipping costs for personal reasons.
- Please note that our shipping service providers only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or ship to remote areas or remote areas and islands, military addresses (APO/FPO) .
- Shipping time may be affected during holidays or extreme weather. Because manufacturers and carriers could limit or stop their operations. Unfortunately this is beyond our control, normal service will resume shortly after a public holiday or the end of extreme weather conditions.
- Your order can only be tracked in detail in the destination country. Especially for standard shipping and expedited shipping, please allow a few business days for delivery to your address, even if it is likely to be "not found". Thank you for your patience. - Due to longer customs clearance time, shipping time may extend to 15-25 business days for Middle East destinations such as Israel, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc. 20-35 business days for destinations in Latin America, such as Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Guatemala, Peru, etc. 12-25 business days for destinations in Africa, such as South Africa, Egypt, 10-25 business days for Philippines, Indonesia and India.
